How We Work

Six stages. No surprises.

We take four engagements per quarter. Every client receives a defined process, clear milestones, and the full weight of the studio from brief to post-launch.

01

Discovery

We start with a structured diagnostic — an honest look at your current digital presence, conversion points, and positioning gaps.

We learn your practice, your clients, and the specific psychological journey a prospective client takes before they book. We map your competitive landscape. We identify what is costing you growth. No obligation, no pitch deck. Just a thorough understanding of where you are and where you need to be.

02

Strategy

Before a single pixel is designed, we define the site architecture, content hierarchy, and conversion objectives.

Most web projects fail here — they jump to design before the strategic questions are answered. We define which pages exist, what each page needs to do, how the user journey flows from landing to booking, and what the copy must achieve at each stage. Strategy prevents expensive late-stage pivots.

03

Design

Custom design from a blank canvas. No templates. No shared DNA with your competition.

We design around your practice, your clients, and the specific psychological state a prospective client is in when they land on your site. Custom layouts, considered motion, and a visual language that signals your calibre before a single word is read. Every visual decision is traceable back to a specific client psychology or conversion goal.

04

Engineering

Bespoke code built for sub-second performance and technical excellence.

We build exclusively from scratch — no WordPress, no Wix, no page builders. The result is clean, maintainable code that loads in under a second on mobile and scores in the top tier on Google's Core Web Vitals. Technical SEO is built into the architecture, not bolted on after the fact. Accessibility compliance is standard, not optional.

05

Launch

We handle deployment, domain configuration, redirects, and post-launch monitoring.

Launch day is not the finish line — it is the starting gun. We handle every technical detail: deployment, DNS configuration, 301 redirects from old URLs, sitemap submission to Google, and structured data validation. You go live with confidence, not crossed fingers.

06

Post-Launch

30 days of included support on all plans. We stay engaged while the site finds its footing.

Real-world usage surfaces things that staging environments don't. We monitor performance, address any issues that emerge, fine-tune copy based on early data, and ensure your site is working as hard as it should be. Ongoing support beyond this initial window is quoted separately for clients who need it.

Questions

Common questions about the process.

How long does a GladeForm project take?
Most projects run 4–8 weeks from brief to launch, depending on scope and how quickly feedback rounds move. Our fastest project launched in 4 weeks. Complex multi-page builds with copywriting typically take 6–8 weeks. We set realistic timelines at the start and don't pad them.
Do I need to provide copy and content?
Not necessarily. We can include conversion copywriting as part of the project — we interview you, research your clients, and write every word. Whether copy is included is scoped during the discovery call. We never launch a site with placeholder text.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support — bug fixes, copy tweaks, performance monitoring, and any adjustments from real-world usage. Ongoing support beyond that is quoted separately. You will not be handed a login and left to figure it out.
How involved will I need to be?
We need you engaged at three key moments: discovery (understanding your practice and goals), design review (directional feedback on the visual approach), and content sign-off. Beyond these, we move without hand-holding. You run your practice; we build the site.
