What does GladeForm build?

GladeForm builds bespoke, custom-coded websites for wellness practitioners — yoga studios, wellness coaches, therapists, retreat operators, and holistic health practitioners. Every site is built from a blank canvas: no templates, no page builders, no shared infrastructure with the practitioners you compete with.

How many projects do you take on?

GladeForm takes four engagements per quarter, deliberately. Every client receives the full weight of the studio — there is no delegation to junior staff or offshore teams. Availability is limited and fills up in advance.

Who runs GladeForm?

GladeForm was founded by Palash Lalwani, a software engineer who spent years building digital products across industries before identifying the gap between how talented wellness practitioners are and how poorly they represent themselves online. GladeForm exists to close that gap.

Do you work with practitioners outside the US?

Yes. We work with wellness practitioners in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The discovery call and project are handled remotely — time zone overlap for key reviews is arranged at the start.

Pricing & Process

How much does a GladeForm website cost?

Every project is scoped and quoted individually after a discovery call. We don't publish fixed rates because scope varies significantly — the number of pages, whether copywriting is included, integration complexity, and the specific goals of the practice all affect the quote. We provide a transparent, itemised quote before anything begins.

How long does a project take?

Most projects run 4–6 weeks from brief to launch. Projects that include copywriting typically run 6–8 weeks. We set a clear timeline at the start of every engagement and hold to it.

What is a technical audit?

A technical audit is a structured diagnostic review of your current digital presence — your site's performance, conversion architecture, positioning gaps, and what is likely costing you clients. It is the starting point for every GladeForm engagement. There is no obligation and no pitch deck — just an honest assessment.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Initially, nothing more than 30 minutes for a discovery call. After that, we'll define what you need to provide — typically: brand assets (logo, photography, any existing copy), clarity on your ideal client, and a sense of your competitors and the positioning you want to own.

What happens after the site launches?

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support — bug fixes, content updates, and performance monitoring. Ongoing support beyond that is quoted separately based on what the practice actually needs.

The Build

Why custom code instead of Squarespace, Wix, or Webflow?

Templates are designed for the average use case. In wellness, the average is your competition. Using the same Squarespace theme as the studio down the road is not a cost saving — it is a strategic surrender. Custom code means no platform constraints, no monthly builder fees, no performance ceilings, and a site that is built specifically for your practice and your clients.

Do you write the copy for the website?

We can. Conversion copywriting is available as part of any project. Whether it is included is scoped during the discovery call. If you have existing copy you're confident in, we'll review it and work with it rather than insisting on rewriting.

Can you integrate my booking system?

Yes. We integrate with any booking or scheduling platform — Mindbody, Vagaro, Acuity, Calendly, FareHarbor, Rezdy, Kajabi, Teachable, and others. The integration is designed to match the visual language of your site so the experience feels seamless.

Can you migrate my existing site content?

Yes. We handle content migration, SEO redirects (301s for any changed URLs), and structured data migration as part of every redesign project. Your existing search visibility is protected, not abandoned.

Is my site mobile-optimised?

Yes — every site is built mobile-first. More than 60% of wellness enquiries begin on a mobile device. We design for the 5-inch screen before the 27-inch monitor, not the other way around.

SEO & Performance

Do you do SEO?

We are not an SEO agency, but every site we build has SEO foundations built in from day one: semantic HTML, structured data markup (Schema.org), technical SEO best practices, sitemap generation, and sub-second load times. For practitioners who want ongoing SEO content strategy, we can recommend trusted partners.

Will my site rank on Google?

Every site we build is technically optimised to rank — fast load times, Core Web Vitals in the top percentile, semantic structure, and schema markup. Whether your site ranks for competitive terms depends on content and link signals over time, which we can advise on.

Do you build sites for therapists?

Yes. Therapists and clinical practitioners are one of our core verticals. We understand the specific trust requirements of therapeutic relationships and the unique conversion psychology of a client searching for a therapist.

Do you build sites for yoga studios?

Yes. Yoga studios are one of our core verticals. We build sites that fill schedules, integrate with booking platforms, and position studios as the obvious choice in their market.

Do you build sites for wellness coaches?

Yes. Wellness and life coaches are a core vertical. Coaching sites require a different information architecture than service sites — the about page, methodology section, and discovery call CTA all carry more conversion weight than on a standard services page. We design around the coaching client's decision journey.
